To ensure optimal performance and comfort, Air Conditioning maintenance for Smart Membership customers should be scheduled during the Spring and completed no later than May 30th. This timing helps us serve you before the high-demand HVAC season begins.
Please note: From June through August, our team prioritizes emergency and no-cool service calls due to extreme temperatures and increased demand. During this period, annual Smart Membership maintenance appointments may be delayed to ensure we can respond quickly to urgent cooling needs.
